DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

ExamJungle respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

1. What Is the DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides a process for copyright owners to request the removal of infringing material from online platforms. It also provides protections for service providers who act in good faith to remove such material upon proper notification.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on ExamJungle infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  • Identification of the infringing material — The URL or sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material you claim is infringing.
  • Your contact information — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good-faith statement — A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

4. Designated Agent

All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to our designated agent at [email protected] or via the contact form with the subject line "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notification."

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, ExamJungle has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our platform or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
